Join the Øresund Aquarium on a trip to the beach where we will gather edible plants and herbs and taste the wild food together with the aquarium’s Wild Food-guide and cook.
On the beach, you learn how to find edible plants and we collect plants and herbs. Back at the outdoor area at the Øresund Aquarium, we will make our own delicious salad and our cook will prepare wild and tasty samples.
There is free entrance to the aquarium on the day.
The Wild Food-guide decides whether the activity is cancelled or shortened due to weather conditions.

We meet 10 minutes before at the Øresund Aquarium’s main entrance where the Wild Food-guide bids you welcome. We then proceed to the beach to gather wild plants.
